COVID-19 Protocols
SOME EVENTS MAY REQUIRE AS A CONDITION OF ENTRY that their own health and safety rules be followed. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry without refund and without recourse. These requirements are set by the individual tours, and notification of such requirements (IF IN PLACE), will appear on each event's details page.

Bag Policy
No large bags are permitted. All bags subject to search.

Weapons
No weapons of any type are allowed on premises.

Food and Drink
Food and Drink, including alcoholic beverages, are sold on site by preferred vendors. Only food and drink purchased at Heymann Center is allowed on premises.

Enforcement
Law officers will be onsite to enforce COVID-19 Protocols, seating policy, facility restrictions, event specific restrictions and good theater etiquette. Acceptance into the facility is contingent upon criteria set between Lessee and Lessor in accordance with law. In accordance with trespass law, guests - paid or otherwise - who fail to comply, will be escorted out without refund and without recourse.

Plan for Delay
Plan for delays. Most events will hold curtain a maximum of 5 minutes. Arrive early to avoid lines and late seating.

Doors
Unless otherwise notified, doors open 1 hour before show time.

Concessions and Bars
Events are catered by those on our preferred vendors list. Doors, concessions and bars open simultaneously.

Late Seating
Many touring productions have policies related to holding those who arrive past curtain time in the lobby. We ask that patrons arriving late abide by those policies and wait to be seated at the appropriate time. This is out of consideration for the performers and other audience members. As an added convenience, the stage can be viewed via screens in our full-service lobby.

Children
Children 2 and older must have their own assigned seat and must be counted for attendance records. Limited booster seats available upon request. All children must remain within an arms length of their guardian at all times.
